Melody’s Morsels is all about local and unusual. Preserving locally grown items for those who do not have access or desire to can their own as well as homemade breads.
All of the items we sell are made to order. Nothing is premade! ALL of our items are made specifically for you after they are ordered.
All of our canned items are shelf stable ~ meaning that they do not have to be refrigerated until after you open them. For best flavor, we recommend that you use your canned goodies within 6 months or a year max.
Product line includes: jams, jellies, flavored salts / sugars / vinegars for cooking and table use, soups, stews, pickled and canned fruits & vegetables, homemade breakfast & dessert breads. While our product line includes your “typical” canned goods, such as strawberry jam and apple jelly, we make lots of items that are not typically seen at farmers markets/stands, such as pina colada jelly, habanero pepper jelly, cactus jelly, chocolate mint strawberry jam, garlic pickled green beans, and such.
